A Lengthy History in Fairfield County, CT
Rockwell Art and Framing (formerly Wilton Art & Framing and Norwalk Art & Framing) has been part of the Wilton and Norwalk communities since 1987. In January 2002, Stephen Rockwell Desloge, a long-time Wilton resident and customer, opened an art gallery as an extension to Wilton Art & Framing. In January 2003, he purchased both stores, renovated the Norwalk location in spring 2004, and added an art gallery to the store's existing framing business. The third location in Westport opened in June 2005, and the fourth location, Rockwell Gallery at The Atlantic Group, focused on a corporate, architectural and design clientele, opened in July 2005.
Supporting the Community
At Rockwell Art and Framing, we actively search for ways to give back to the community. Some of our
projects include providing more than 25 framed fine art posters for the halls of Jefferson Elementary
School in Norwalk; framing services to support the Family and Children's Agency's Homeless Art Program;
donating art gallery proceeds to benefit Save the Children's Asia Earthquake/Tsunami Relief Fund;
helping local artists raise more than $1,750 for the Whitney Foundation in Wilton; and featuring
Telling Our Stories, a Kenyan children's photography exhibit in the Wilton gallery to benefit an
AIDS orphanage, raising more than $7,500. We are proud to be part of the Fairfield County community
and relish the chance to become even more involved.
