Stephen R. Desloge
Founder and CEO
Rockwell Art and Framing’s owner and President spent the first 22 years of his business career with a Fortune 500 company. He moved from sales and operations into management. As vice president, he opened over 45 offices in the Southern New England Region for the company.
The “Rockwell” in Art and Framing is Stephen’s middle name. Famed illustrator Norman Rockwell is related. Desloge’s heritage directly dates to the Rockwell family who settled in Norwalk, Wilton and Ridgefield in the 1600’s. The company’s roots in art and the community are both strong and deep.
Compassion and perfect customer service are Steve’s hallmarks, and which he imparts to the whole company.

From Los Angeles to Fairfield County, Nicky brings over 26 years of experience in fine framing to Rockwell Art and Framing’s Fairfield location. Accommodating all variety of picture framing needs, Nicky offers a wide spectrum of creative design possibilities from the simple, yet pleasing, poster frame to hand-carved 22 Karat gold leafed masterpieces. Nicky, who is certified by the Professional Picture Framers Association, attentively collaborates with her clients to create uniquely inspired results that can be themselves works of art.

Jessica is now entering her second decade in the personalized picture framing industry. She attended Western Connecticut State University and earned degrees in fine art and graphic design. Jessica’s passion for music, travel and the great outdoors influences her designs with a fun and creative edge. She believes that every project should be approached with the utmost care and consideration and that the highest level of customer service should always leave you smiling.
Jay Cimbak, CPF
Degree in Illustration
Jay Cimbak brings to Rockwell Art and Framing over 20 years of personalized framing expertise. Having worked at Max’s Art Supplies for over 28 years, where he started its framing department in 1994, Jay’s growth with the town of Westport links him to the local artist community. He recently received the designation of Certified Picture Framer from the Professional Picture Framers Association and two of his frame designs have been published in their members magazine. Jay has an illustration degree from Sacred Heart University and utilizes that education working side by side with his clients to achieve their vision. Jay prides himself on relationship building and it would be fair to say that every one of his clients becomes a friend.
Manager, New Canaan
Jim Jeffrey joins Rockwell Art and Framing sporting 35 years of personalized picture framing experience. Jim is a talented artist and brings that artistic sensibility to all of his custom frame designs.
Jim possesses a great respect for the craft of personalized picture framing. He employs all of the best practices of conservation that have been imbued upon him over the years and continues educating himself as the craft of personalized picture framing evolves. Jim particularly enjoys the one on one interaction of the design process and embraces his role as trusted caretaker with a balance of integrity and creativity. He maintains the belief that every project, whether simple or complex, should require the same level of professionalism.
Upon realizing that his childhood passions for the visual arts, history and building things resulted in a lifelong career in personalized picture framing he said, “I consider myself a fortunate man”.

Gallery Manager, Ridgefield
Steve brings to the design table a wide variety of experience in the arts. Upon receiving a bachelor’s
degree in illustration from the University of Bridgeport, Steve moved to Arizona where he worked as a
professional graphic designer and became one of the states best-selling landscape painters. In 2001, he
moved into the world of music, touring the southwest as a singer/guitarist for a country and western
band and writing music for TV shows such as “Breaking Bad” and films such as “Hell or High Water,” all
the while keeping his hand in customized picture framing.
With a natural eye for color and composition, Steve’s goal is to help find that perfect setting, that one
unique design that each piece deserves. He has extensive experience in all aspects framing design and is
ready make each customer’s vision come to life.
Degree in Criminal Justice
Danielle is recognized as artistically talented and has always embraced the arts in in addition to pursuing a degree in Criminal Justice from John Jay College. Danielle’s strength is interior design and everyone has enjoyed watching her expertly integrate her knowledge with personalized picture framing. Danielle endeavors to keep current with design and color trends. The other synergy she has employed with personalized framing is her love for Olympic weightlifting. Danielle is indeed tireless and strong.
